go to any ntuc fairprice supermart, many of them hv booth that promote ntuc fairprice card/ocbc credit card now. otherwise get an application form from the counter.

if u mean a linkcard, i recommend u e new fairprice plus card...

it can collect linkpoints n also function as nets,visa card...

You can go to any NTUC Fairprice supermarkets.  Located near the entrance / exits are temp booths setup for NTUC card application

ive just got mine.they gave me a FairPrice Plus Platinum Visa but optional whether i want to activate the visa credit.

Otherwise i could just use it as a Linkpoint.You will need to submit ur bank statement together wif your application form obtainable from any NTuc supermarketand it takes them 2-3wks to process.
