My dad bought me a Gateway Notebook MT3705 last summer, and I'm starting to get the famous "blue screen of death". It shuts down my computer, and then when I turn it back on, gives me two choices: System Repair, or Start Windows Normally. No matter which I pick, the computer "loads windows files" and then restarts. And so the circle continues.
My brother suggested getting my recovery discs from Gateway, but I'm not sure what to do because it was bought refurbished from Tiger Direct, and didn't come with the discs. How do I go about this?
