How to get Sole Custody?

Question

I currently have joint Custody with my Son's Father and I am going for sole custody as there is huge animosity between the father and I, and it makes to be extremely difficult to communicate with him regarding our son. Could anyone please specify why/how I would be granted sole custody. I have personal reasons also as to why I should have full complete sole custody.

The fact that you lack the ability to get along with your ex is not enough reason to take away his parental rights, sorry. Try harder to decrease the animosity and don't take your son's father away from him.
