How to get Surf in Pokemon Fire Red????

Question

How do you Get Surf in Pokemon Fire Red Version?

I know you go to the Safarie zone then go to a house and talk to a man and give him Golden teeth.

But what house, I have been to basicly all of them even the one that is called the secret house and there is no old man there to talk to, so where do i get it?

The Golden Teeth is given to the Old man in the house to the right of the Pokemon Center in Fuschia City, but he doesn't hive you Surf, he will give you Strength.

This is a crude map that I found for you.  The house that you get Surf from is located right next to the K on the map.  Good luck!
