Update your anti-virus, remember to only have one anti-virus installed on your PC

Restart your PC in safe mode, and run a full scan with both.

There is a whole list of things you have to go through to get rid of serious viruses like that. Geekstogo has everything that's ever helped me. You have to do several things yourself (directions are listed on their site) and then if you still have the virus after all these scans and things have been run on your computer, you can ask the experts there for help. It's free, but a donation is always a help.. but not required.
