How to get U.S.visa for people who are not having anyone to sponsor them.

The American visa is issued to those who are having sponsors at US.Those who have their children at U.S. are getting sponsorship from their children who are employed at states. But those who are not having any issues and if they want to travel at U.S. how they can get a visa and what are the formalities to follow to get an American Touristvisa.Even though we have enough money for the travel we are not able to get a visa. Pl. give us a solution for solving this problem.

There is no problem at all.

All that the U.S Embassy`s check are the credentials and the background coupled with intentions of coming back to India.

You need not have any relatives to visit or to study in U.S.

You have to establish without any doubt that the purpose of visit is genuine, the background is good and without any criminal or terrorist records or contact or suspicion, and capable of visiting (financially sound).

It is very easy to get a tourist visa, provided, supporting documents are submitted to establish the genuineness of the records and the willingness to visit and come back after the visit.

NOTHING MORE IS REQUIRED.

No sponsorship is needed for getting visa to USA.  Of course, I  have my 2 kids working in USA but I got 10 years multiple entry visa without any sponsorship from them.

My daughter who is a Dental Surgeon and married also got 10 years multiple entry visa along with her husband without any sponsorship.

It depends on the genuineness of a person to get a visa to USA. So having adequate money or even sponsorship  has no meaning at all. If your case is not found genuine, you will be refused visa even if you have enough money and/or sponsorship.

If you wish to apply for US visa in India...then :

The US Embassy is more keen on the address where you would be staying during your visit to United States,

If you do not have any relation or a friend in United States who would sponsor you..in that case you book a hotel and get the confirmation of your booking. This booking document is enough.

Second way out is you book a tour to US through some good travel agent.

You can always carry your bank statement to prove that u can very well support your trip to US.

They have to GO PERSONALLY to the nearest U.S. Consulate and APPLY for the VISA. The rules have changed a lot in the last month so they will need to GO IN PERSON to get the information as to what is required now.

If you country is on the list, then you can visit the US Visa FREE. You can visit for up to 90 days on a Visa Wavier program. You don't need any sponsors.
