I am way frustrated with Yahoo! Small Business customer service, particularly as it relates to Billing. I have a question that is not answered online. The toll-free no. has a 30-min hold time no matter what time of day one calls. There is no email address to contact Billing. It would seem that Yahoo! - so very skilled at collecting money - is not interested at all in providing service.I have been a huge fan of Yahoo! but my enthusiasm is waning rapidly. When I move my sites it will not be because a competitor lured me away. It will be because Yahoo! itself drove me off.
