I'm 25yrs(single), Engg. graduate(ECE) and working as as Engineer in an MNC. It's a strong desire of mine to become a Pilot since the age I remember. I've no clear idea how to reach the exact destination. I'm not financially so sound to go for PvtFlying Clubs...my current salary is only sufficient to make move ahead, me and the strings attached with me. It's my desire to get a CPL with updated AviationTechnologies...if possible from abroad. If anybody who traversed through the same way pls pass suggestions.

  1. 01-Join the Air-Force now with this intention .

02-After joining fLying club you have to obtain student and CPL after flying specified hours of flying which is costly also .

    03-Expenditure around 25 to 30 lakhs .

Wish you best of luck .

  2. The FAA has some great information on how to choose a school and what to look for when choosing a school. Since they are the ones who will certify you, I think they would be the best place to start. (PS - Even if you are not in the US, there is a lot of good information here.)

Once you've got that figured out, there is a whole heap more of information available through their web site starting with this stuff: http://www.faa.gov/pilots/training/

  3. Well unless you are fit and all for the airforce you will have to put in money
