How to get a Drivers License?

Ok i am 15 years old. (4/4/1993) I took a driver's ed class in my freshman year from January 2008 - May 2008. I got an A in the class and they gave me a pink paper that says "Certificate Of Completion Of Classroom Driver Education". But of course it also says "This is not a license or a permit to drive." Now my question is what is the next step i need to take towards getting my driver's license? I will be 15 1/2 years old on 10/4/08. Also, i live in Dinuba, California. Please be very descriptive.

Alright...I assume you have a learner's permit. If you do not have one of those, call the DMV and make an appointment to take a test (I believe you can do it on paper or on computer). If you have a learner's permit and have had it a while the next step is simple, just call the DMV and ask to schedule a road test for a license.
