How to get a GCC driving license in India?

Question

Most of the recruiters in the gulf countries require me to hold a GCC driving licence. Is it possible to get a driving license of Uae or GCC in india itself?

Of course not! Who in India should issue a UAE drivers license?

As an Indian you have to take classes and a test before you'll receive the license. For certain expats it can be time consuming and expensive to obtain a license.

Btw: to obtain an UAE license, you have to be a legal resident first. Same for other GCC states.
