How to get a Marketing Job on the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line (Shipboard)?

I am seeking to get a job on a cruise ship....preferrably the RRC line. I am in Markeitng and Event Management, and would preffer to stick to that field.....if anyone has any ideas, or contact it would be greatly appreciated!

Next time your on a cruise talk to the crew. They all we're really nice about explaning the application process.

Most jobs need  at least a high school degree, but they more degrees and expereince the better. Most of them said it took a long time before they heard anything, and just reapplyed every 6 months or so. They said don't give up.

Some jobs have age limits too. A few I looked in to was 21, and I'm 19 so I have to wait a couple more years before applying.

I love cruises and being on the ocean. I think a job in that industry would be amazing.

I also went know a couple people who worked for Carnival and Norwigen. But they we're the the show preformers.
