How to get a Minor's Work Permit in Florida?

So I am 14 and I want to start working. My grandfather told me that I would need a work permit since I am a minor. I would like to know where I would get this permit and how I could get it.

Hmm ask some one in Florida at your school

In Cali you have to be 16 and get the permit from your school to make sure you have at least a "C" grade average I think.  Because they will make sure you dont slip on school work by working

I don't think Florida requires work permits because my cousin that is 15 has a job and he doesn't have one...
