for the past 2 nights ive been only sleeping 3 hours. no caffeine. no caffeine cravings. no sugar, no drugs, nothing. it really sucks not being able to get enough sleep because school just started up again and i should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep a night. i can only hope that tonight i sleep more than that, but how can i be sure? am i developing insomnia? can this be solved by poppin some sleeping pills?

  1. I get into bouts like you have.  For 3 weeks straight, I could have a good 7-9 hours of sleep, and then one night out of no where, I have a night where I go to bed at 11PM and can't get to sleep until 5AM! I had one night where I couldn't sleep at all. Its crazy, but usually the next night I am so tired I get 7-9 hours.  Try taking 25 to 50MG benadryl pills. They are for allergies, but they make you quite drowsy.

  2. The healthy option would be to buy some melatonin capsules as they increase the levels in your system making you more NATURALLY tired
