How to get a deep sleep?

age 52,suffering a lot to sleep in midnight around 2 to 4am.

  5. Try eating foods that contain tryptophane, like turkey slices or cottage cheese.Chamomile tea is also supposed to help. Go to the library, as they have lots of books with information, there.Pray yourself to sleep, or count. Good Luck.also, read until your eyes get heavy.All the best to you.   c.

    problems ,difficulties,sufferings etc.. Keep your bedroom clean,wear

    clean dresses  and have a good bath before sleep.Donot watch any

  7. You are only 52, I am 70. When I sleep at 10 pm and get up only at 5 am. Get a sound sleep. I work hard during the day time always busy in doing some thing never sit idel do all work of home has set up few plants care for them, teach neigbours small kids, lay with them. If you work hard and swet than definetly you will get sound sleep

  9. get a new matress or a new pellow like a tempre pedice i had the same problem then when i got a new matress i get a great night sleep every night


  10. The objective is to get to sleep, a peaceful and restful sleep. That means you should be clear in your mind, prayer, and repentance helps that. Next I would suggest you take some Melatonin, which is a hormone the body makes when it starts to get dark. Which leads me to , early in the evening cut your lights down, don't watch TV before bed, maybe find some smooth music to relax. Don't smoke or eat sugar before bed either. Then just go to sleep and think good thoughts to dream good dreams to sleep deep and long.
