How to get a drill command voice?

im in cadets and need to learn how to use this but so far havent got anyware

if someone could tell me how to do it that would be great

  1. Practice makes perfect.  An extremely effective technique is to use the breathing method that singers use:  Breathe from below the diaphragm and let your belly expand instead of your chest as you breathe in.  Then expand your chest as you start to speak to deepen your voice and force the air out of your lungs with your stomach muscles.  Also, you can deepen your voice by tilting your head very slightly downward and opening the back of your throat.  It takes practice but you'll be surprised at the power of your "command voice" if you work at it.
