How to get a fish import license in California?

I want to buy some fish from overseas but they said that I would need a fish import license so how do I get one?

I think the cost is $650, and requires training, but if you are buying fish for a hobby, and not for resale, it probably is not worth it for you. Check the California Department of Fish and Wildlife website for information.
