Question:

How to get a flat stomach w/ abs,toned <span title="thighs/hips[skinner],skinner">thighs/hips[skinner],skin...</span> arms & legs[not muscular] in 2 weeks?

ok well i'm a girl,14,freshman,i'm very sporty i play volleyball and basketball,right now volleyball season is going on, so just practicing after school,which isn't really good cause we need to do better,but anyways, i joined Lifetime Fitness w/ my mom a month ago[July] and i have went continuously until school started,so now i go about once a week,which will change probably to going 4-6 times a week,anyways i'm short but athletic,and i want to lose weight from my thighs/hips,my legs/upper arms, & stomach, my friends are taller than me and skinner and i'm the one who's short and fat,but i'm the athletic one out of them yet still fat.so i want to lose weight from my upper arms which is FAT, but i have abit muscle,but mostly fat. I want to get skinner and toned thighs/hips and upper arms,plus i have a two piece swimming suit now i want to have a nice stomach like other girls[flat,no JIGGLE,w/ ABS],and almost forgot my legs are fat, when i work out at the gym, it seems like they're getting harder which i don't want[i don't want no muscle until i trim the fat off].so basically i need a workout plan,and it'll help better if someone can talk to me like everyday on AIM or MSN messenger [tell me your email,and i'll tell you my AIM or MSN messenger]and tell me what to do like at the gym or at home, & reminding me what NOT to eat or basically you can tell me now.[oo and i would perfer a girl to help so they can understand me better and it'll be easy to talk to them.]

*one more thing,you know how some girls have fat under the armpits,and you can't where sleeveless shirts or tanktops,well that's kinda like me,so can you tell how to get rid of the fat there and when my friends shave their underarms,how come its so clear,hairless you can't see any dot of hair,i do the same and it doesn't work,we have similar skin color, and black hair,sooo??

  1. Three things.  You&#039;re not going to like any of them, but it will work.

    1. Every morning before you eat breakfast do some sort of intense cardio activity for an hour, or as long as you can manage.  Running or swimming preferably.  Exercising after your body has used all of the carbohydrates of the previous day will force your body to use stored fat as fuel, and will bump up your metabolism for the remainder of the day.

    2. Eat foods low on the glycemic index.  These foods produce a smaller insulin spike in the body which has many health benefits, one of them being you stay full for longer.

    Figure out how many calories you burn in a day (your resting metabolism) and eat 500 calories less than that.

    Buy a scale and count your calories to be sure.  This is extremely important.  No amount of exercise can take the place of calorie restriction for weight loss.  

    Also, no more prepackaged food. Period.  Go to the vegetable isle and stay there until you can see your toes again.

    3.  For those abs you want, do 10 reps of &quot;the hollow hold&quot; twice a day.  Each rep should subsist of holding the hollow position until you literally collapse.  Instructions on the hold can be found here:

    If this becomes easy for you, extend your arms behind your head 6 inches off the ground instead of on the ground in front of you.

    Finally, losing weight quickly is a typical desire from people who don&#039;t have the actual stamina necessary to lose weight and keep it off.  While the previous mentioned activities will give you the body you want in under a month, It is more important that you cultivate healthy eating and exercise habits for life, if you want to keep what you worked so hard to get.  In other words, the best weight loss program is the one you actually stick to.  Good luck.
