  3. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these

    crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT

    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

  4. All i can say is to do plenty of cardio,Like fast walking,Treadmill,And runnig,Don't 4get to eat right also,Basically burn more calories than you intake.And instead of 3 meals a day,try 2 nice meals.

    CARDIO, ABS, DIET

    Now run for like 45 min twice-three times a week. Do some ab workouts. Most important your diet. You dont have to starve yourself its just about makeing right choices. Eat your heavier food in the morning AND STOP EATING AFTER 6 OR 7. Its too late to eat at that time and you wont burn off what you ate.

    Remember eat breakfast, Snack (fruit), Lunch, Snack (fruit), Dinner, Snack (fruit) and the tummy should be flat and you will also be healty

    PLZ dont take fat burner pills, yes they work for the first weeks but you gain back your weight eventually and even more

ABS ARE MADE IN THE KITCHEN!! people think that if you do a billion crunches or whatever daily you will get a six pack. u cant be more wrong. doing thousands of ab workouts  will only strengthen you abdominals. you will need to burn more calories then you are using by eating right along with working out. but like i said the eating is more important. the abs are like any other muscle and need time to heal after working out you only need to do ab workouts once or twice a week

    3. do crunches until you just start to feel the burn, then stop. don't do as many as you can without stopping because this will cause you to bulk up. if you want to burn fat then crunch for as long as possible at a light intensity.

  13. The first way is to do sit-ups. If you usually don't do sit-ups and do other exercises, then you will probably need to do only 20 for a start.

    Just do some when you're bored or grab a certain time and do some at that time every day.

    If you want, slowly increase the number day by day, but don't push yourself too hard or your stomach will feel vary painful the next day.

    The second is to just put a slight amount of energy/pressure on your abdomen, like when you need to sit on the toilet with a newspaper. If you do this constantly, your stomach fat will burn, and it is a really good way to exercise while doing other things!
