Question:

How to get a good night sleep?

I mean lately i can't sleep...

I keep waking up in the middle of the night several times...

...Any Advice or help?!

  1. when i am under change or stress i go through the same and to combat the nervousness i drink decaf and make sure and do relaxation exercises before bed to clear my mind of all stressors and even yoga helps with the deep breathing to release the tension we all have stressors in our life it is how we deal with them that counts


  2. It depends on why you're waking up.  If it's because something is bothering you, find a way to get your mind off that subject.  Don't eat or drink anything too close to bedtime.  Water is OK, and a glass of milk can help too.  Alcohol is *not* OK.
