hi i would like to know how to get a green card if you are 17 year old whit a sister and an uncle over there with out wait a lot of time? please i really need an answer

what is your sister's status in the US? if she's a USC, she can petition you but it will take a very long time.

I assume you want to come to the States? You still have to apply for  Visa.Your Relatives can sponsor you, which makes them responsible for you for I think two years, but then you can apply for a green card.
