How to get a job at a car dealership?

I'm 16 and looking for a job. I love working with cars and doing things like washing and detailing them, and I wouldn't mind buying and selling cars as a job (although I kno that won't happen till like another 5 years) but I was thinking along the lines of being a lot attendent? Its where you take care of the cars and the lot and make everything clean. I'm getting my workers permit soon, so does anyone think a dealership will hire a 16 yr old to do a small bit of work for them? Or do I have to wait till i'm 18?

You just have to have a valid drivers license to work as lot attendant. Just go to any dealership and apply for the job. I'd apply at several and see what happens.
