How to get a license for agency

hello guys i want to open an agency in the future and i would just like to know what firms of gov. should i contact to get the requirements and license for my staffing agency particularly "care giving"

The CIty Treasurer will tell you if there is any tax to pay and also will guide to a license (if any).  The Secretary of State will charge you $10 to register your name so no one else can have it later. You need to do this if you want to open a bank account for your agency.  If no bank , you don't have to do it but it's smart.  Put up a sign. /
