How to get a long term visa to Romania?

Question

I'm a lebanese citizen ,my wife & my 2 sons living in ROMANIA.Every year i visit them permanantly & wait long time for visa procedure.Is there a way of getting visa ,once for longer time so that, i can visit them anytime & more frequently.
