  1. If you have lost your PAN Card, you have to lodge a police complaint and get a copy of First Information Report.  After that you have to make application for issue of Duplicate PAN Card.

    You can either write to UTI Invester Services Limited or

    National Security Depository Limited for issue of Duplicate

    PAN Card.

    Visit the official Web sites of UTI Investor Services Ltd or National Securities Depository Limited,which are given below  to locate the centres.

    It could take a minimum of about 25-40 days to receive the new card
