How to get a mining jobs?

does anyone know any sites to register for employment in the mines

my partner is very keen to start a career but has no expierence

what should i do? please help

do a geological sciences degree, then migrate to australia

haha at barrick-where do they expect to employ these people? certainly not here in oz
