How to get a mycrib page deleted? stolen picture.?

I found out that someone on mycrib.net stole my pictures and made a page && I really want her or him deleted. Two days ago one of my friends on myspace asked me if I had a mycrib page, and when I said no she sent me the "fakes" page. I didn't even know what mycrib was until then...someone told me I have to have a mycrib to get the fake deleted.. Is this true? I checked the FAQ section but I didn't find anything that would help me get the fake page deleted. Any ideas?
