  9. UK answer.

You can get a birth certificate from the register office where you were registered, or here in the UK you can order on line from the GRO.

http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/  To order from the GRO you will need the two numbers from the indice, the volume and the page number, these are unique to the GRO.

Certificates cost £7:00 from the register office and from £7:00  upwards with the GRO.

  10. You need to go to City Hall in the town your were born in.  They will make you a copy there.  There is usually a small fee for it $3-5.00 or so.

  11. Just contact the local Register Office where you were born, they will be able to print it off... It doesnt cost much either

  12. write to the Bureau of Vital Statistics in your state capital

  13. I'm assuming you're in the UK and that you were registered at birth. If I'm right you can obtain a copy of your birth certificate from the General Register Office. These can be ordered on line at http://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/

It will cost from £7 depending on how quickly you need to receive it.

    I hope this helps.

  14. Ring up the hospital you were born at - they always keep a copy!

  15. Contact the registry office of the district where you were born. I think that it costs about 25pounds sterling.
