  1. If you live in London then go to a newsagents, take a passport pic and your passport and they will do it for you then and there. I got mine years ago so I don't really remember how it went down.

  2. Ask for it

  3. if you need a zip oyster (11 - 15 year old) take your parent / guardian with you to the post office taking along a passport photo and something for proof of age (i took a passport) then ask for the application from and fill it out at the post office (its much easier!) stick on the application and give it to the post office. they will send it off, no need for you to, and usually you should take your own photo if you don't have one find a place that does them or even a photobooth and use one of those.

  4. Get the application form from the post office and the address you should sent it to is on the form. You will also need to include a passport phot of yourself aswell as your address

  5. A lot of corner shops do them. but i think that is only adult ones. The kids one`s have your picture on it

  6. When I was in London 2 years ago, I bought one at the tube station.  I topped it off each week at the corner grocery store. (you can also top off on-line) Just in case you need it, take your passport with you. To check on current rules, go to tfl.gov.uk/oyster.  The oyster card gives you a lot of savings besides daily travel rates. good idea to get one.

  7. You can just buy them at the tube station.
