Question:

How to get a perky butt?

Okay, so I want to shape up, in my butt area in particular, and all I really have to exercise with is a stairmaster. (one of the old versions where you don't control the levels) I was thinking of getting on it for 30 minutes everyday after school, and I wanted to know if this would be enough to shape up within about a month, or if you know any better exercises. (:

and if you do, tell me if they've worked for you and how many reps/how long you did the exercise for.

  1. i have heard squats work.

    like do 20 reps or so,

    eventually start using weights as you go.

  3. Diet's very i,portant. Eat healthy.

    The stair Master's great for the but. Try walking lunges, too with & without weight (dumbbells in your hands) & try single leg squats. Use a chair for balance. Core exrcises are good, like the Plank. I included a link.

    Walk.

    Squats

    Stretches.  

  5. You have to squeeze your cheeks together real tight and hold until the muscles are burning.Do as many reps as you can every other day.
