How to get a refund and make a complaint on ebay?

i purchased a video editing software about 3weeks ago from someone on e-bay.Before i won the bid i checked everything and i totaled it to 56euro.but however when i payed for it it suddenly came to 80euro! without me realizing. I thought I'd let that pass & i payed it.it still hasn't arrived and it was supposed to be here in a week. how do i get a refund & file a complaint against the seller? thanks.

Try contacting the ebay member first and ask where the f**K is it! Then go onto the item options in myebay and click report item not recieved! And then do the same on paypal or however you paid it! This should lead into someone looking into it!

Haha, funny I uh, had the same problem with a Sega genesis, a while back. Call your bank fill them in, and ask for a reverse transaction. If they say no. Give that wanker one helluva feedback.

Not sure on how to contact the seller or ebay, but the extra 22 euros on your purchase may be from the shipping.

That's where most sellers get you.
