How to get a scholarship to summer program?

Question

I'm interested in going to the high school summer program at Columbia University next summer but if accepted, I wouldn't be able to afford it In the FAQ it said they don't have financial aid but they do have scholarships except it was a bit confusing on how to go about applying for one. Can anyone help me with this? And are there other types of scholarships for summer programs for high school students? Thanks so much! :]
