How to get a security job while getting your guard card through the reimbursement program?

a security guard told me you can do this but i seem to be having trouble googling it. thanks ya'll (im in LA area)

Thanks for stating where you intend to work.  You can work with the computer printout you receive after submitting for your guard card and submitting your fingerprints electronically.  You can work with this printout for 120 days after which you need to have your "hard" guard card.  I hope this helps.
