  1. In addition to crunches try other ab workouts and work on your obliques. Look up oblique exercises on google

  2. That sounds pretty good. However, do those crunches more often, maybe everyday instead.

Along with the crunches, do another 50 very slowly. Feel yourself go through the motions. Fast is not always helpful. Sure you'll want to get it over with, but the more you feel it and the slower you go, the more it works.

So 50 crunches, 50 slow crunches, hold a plank for a minute at a time, 3 times.

Do some situps. Instead of going straight up, turn  your body as if you are steering a wheel. Take your left elbow and hit your right knee. Switch. Go down and when you come up, right elbow, left knee. Get it? That tones your side abs.

Do as many sets and reps as you feel comfortable with.

For normal situps, we do 200 after practice for track, so I'm sure you can handle 200 real situps. Time yourself, finish them in under 10 minutes. Then try for under 6 minutes.

Curl ups. Lay flat on your back. Now at the same time, bring both legs together and your arms/body up to meet each other. Hold. Down. Repeat. Imagine your body as like, something opening and closing. You want to connect your body up, and get back down. Slowly and evenly.

Hope you get what you want [:
