How to get a six pack in 6 weeks ?

im 14 years old and got basketball in 6 weeks and im wondering how to jump high get my calf muscles going but i dont have weights. im 5' 7 and 132 lbs

  1. Buy a six-pack of soda.  That is as close as you will get to a six-pack in six weeks. However, perform sit ups, dead bug exercises and Roman-chair type back extensions to strengthen your core, plus get a gymball to replace sitting on a chair around the house.  


  2. its pretty impossible to get a sixer in 6 weeks, its not a bad start though if u are a slim build to begin with!

  3. it takes like 3 months to get a six pack...but i guess you could try doing ALOT of crunches a day and eating nothing but fruit and vegtebales  

  4. Drink 6 cans of not gonna happen per day, every day, for six weeks and you will totally not see results.  Crunches everyday for 3 months and then you will see results.
