How to get a slim muscular body?

I am 13 and weigh 105 pounds and are 5' 8". i am wondering wat a good daily routine would be to get abs, muscular arms and chest. thanks

  1. work out with weights and cardio. also go to your local GNC and ask for a good protein mix. those mixes help you muscles. good luck and be carefull lifting.

  3. You definitely don't need to lose any weight. Just go to the gym with a friend and start doing weights. If you can't do that, try sit ups, substitute weight with objects (laundry detergent jug), or push ups.

  4. Your numbers seem like you already are slim.  But anyways whatever workout you do make sure it is high repetitions and low weights.  Make sure you do cardio things like running and bike riding.  Push-up and crushes would be just fine and are easy.
