  1. sit ups, v ups, crunches

    I do 25 of each of these every night and my six pack is coming along nicely :)

  3. floor work, plenty of, try exerscise day 1 rest 2  exerscise day3 etc. this will give your abs time to recouperate. if you want to e-mail me i could give you some good exerscises.(also there are some great stomache toning exerscises on the wii fit, if you have one).
