Bad idea... do you have the money to pay the high interest monthly payments? You can't unless you have your parents put you as an authorized user but even a heads up when you are older, DON'T GET ONE! Use cash!

they'll check to see if you're able to have a visa..that meaning you have money and a job. And your parents have to sign for you as well, that being said, i didn't know anyone who was 16 yrs old and had a visa :S

No u cant apply for a visa at 16 but other choices would be to get a green dot card(sold at walmart) used like a visa, its a prepaid card. Check it out. Or u can get a debit card at Bank of America. You can get a student checking account put money in it and get a debit card that's a visa.

i think you can't send applications online.... But you can browse on the website of the forms to be downloaded in your application. and on your age you still need a guidance from your parents, in our country you can't even get passport if you can't produce a certificate of permission from your parents especially from your mother's side. You have to ask assistance and guidance of your parents, because it's not that easy to get a visa. Even people who have much income denied. How much more for 16 years old like you. I'm not discouraging you but just a little reminders for you to be aware of the consequences.

She's not talking about the credit card visa, lol.

You need to provide more details like what type of visa you are looking for. A student visa? What country? etc.

it is illegal to allow anyone under 18 to sign a contract. you may be able to get a card that is an extension of your parents but it will have restrictions.

you cant, you might be too young, and plus you have to have credit, if you work then thats how you can get your credit
