How to get a visa for my japanese baby girl ,born in philippines?

please im seeking for an advice im here in japan right now as a tourist visa and be back in phil on august.b4 i go back home i wanted to have a chance to get a visa for my japanese baby girl shes 3 yrs of age we were dumped by his father 4 yrs ago and cant survive the lives in philippines to get a decent work.my daughter is getting older and so do i i cannot find any ays to support her future but to work here in japan and might be possible if she could get a japanese pasport and a visa so we can legaly enter japan and live our lives without getting any support from his father who were no where to found.i just want to live and give a better future for my daughter and that would be possible if i can work here in japn legally,hope i could find positive response..sooner thank u so much

i wish i could find a positive answer for you, unfortunately i have none ,

your daughter cannot get a Japanese passport since she was born in the Philippines,even if the father is Japanese , that is if i understood you correctly,

while you are in Japan as a tourist, take time to look for a job and maybe you can find one ? if you do ? your future employer will get you a visa to come back legally  to Japan for you and your daughter, that would be the best and easiest way.

besides, you are in Japan , so you can look around ,then if you get a job, you go back to the Philippines , and come back with a visa

i read that you were disapointed to see that you could not get an answer on your daughter becoming a Japanese citizen ,but if the father is no longer around and did not reconized her as being his daughter  ? she cannot become a Japanese citizen , and secondly ,because she was born in the Philippines

sorry you are disapointed , but the laws are made by countries .and getting a visa for your daughter will not lead into her getting Japanese citizenship .
