How to get a work visa?

I am going to be a nanny in switzerland, how do I go about getting a work visa to do that, I have my passport and long birth cirtificate... but how do I get the visa?

go to immigrations and ask for the application it takes month to do that,they really strict,u had to be unite state residence or had a green card.
