  1. Genetics play a big part in having a very defined 6pack.

No exercise will guarantee weight loss off one part of your body - it's called spot reducing, and no product, diet, or exercise can do that.

Keep eating well - lots of fruit and veggies, lean protein and whole grains at every meal, drink lots of water to flush toxins... you can pick up oxygen magazine for exercise (and actually, all things fitness, health, and nutrition), which has a good looking ab workout in it this month!

  2. Fat has to be reduced all over the body, you CAN NOT specially say that you are going to get rid of fat on the abs.  You must create a regimen that will allow you to reduce overall total body fat.

I most important thing to do is to watch what you eat. You can do all the exercises you want, but you will NEVER get abs like that if you continue to eat unhealthy. Try to incorporate more lean meat such as tuna, salmon, grilled chicken, etc... Eat more things such as fresh fruits and vegetables. You can eat as much of this stuf as you want.

You need to eliminate fast foods and fats such as snack cakes and processed foods.

Work you way up to walking/jogging for at LEAST 30-45 minutes a day, and increase as you begin to progress. These things combined will start to help you lose the excess body fat and allow those abs to begin to show. You can also incorporate 50-100 crunches/situps every other day to tighten up those ab muscles.

This is a sure fire plan to get abs like that! You need to incorporate EVERY phase of this plan daily, and you will gradually see huge results in a matter of weeks.

    I have spoken!

  3. Photoshop.

Kidding!  Anyway, walk a lot more and don't drink any fluids except milk and water.  NO soda, beer, juice, or anything.
