now i started goin gym before a week..

my height is 175 cm and weight is 74 kilogram.

i am not having any belly.. but i am looking fatty...

what should i do to get a tighty structure...?

  1. Gym is good... otherwise try Swimming, thats the best way of toning the body...

    but the mind and body should be calm to take it otherwise it will become a worst for you.
