  1. Think of...     the quarterback beating your mum up...   (or something like that)...

  2. listen to music REALLY REALLY loud. but its gotta be fast paced music. and do like 10 pushups about five minutes before u go up

  3. do like waterboy!!!

  4. dedicate your playing to someone who you really care about. I am also a linebacker (strongside) and i am dedicating my entire season to my grandfather (he passed two weeks ago).

on a lighter note, you could listen to some music during pregame warmups and prep yourself that way.

  5. I'm usually supportive but for this one...hmmm, if you're a ***** you're a *****. What you need pumping up for? You're starting because I assume you know how to tackle. Making tackles should pump you up alone already.

Well if you want to watch something to get your balls going I suggest the following:

    pro wrestling

    cage fighting

Lawrance Taylor from Any Given Sunday

    and listen to some 2Pac

If that doesn't work, have the kicker slap you in the face.

  6. listen to hardcore music and pretend ur opponent is G.W. Bush!!!

  7. thiswill motivate u

U ******* ***** *** ***** ***** WHAT THE **** IS WRONG WITH YOUR ******* *** GO OUT THER AND ******* **** **** UP! THIS IS YOUR ******* JV SEASON, NOTIN MEANS ****.. U WANNA GET 2 VARSITY RITE? WELL THEN GO OUT THER AND ******* **** UP THE ******* NIGGAS WHO RUNNING THAT ******* BALL! GO **** **** UP!!!!

  8. Watch animal abuse and read about the hollocaust before football practice.

Lol I read about the hollocaust and i was so pissed my friends asked if i was on steroids at practice.
