How to get an airbrushed look on your face without paying a load of money!

Question

So i hate to use another disney channel star in my question, but for the upcoming school year i'm looking to find some way to get super clear and clean skin with an evened out color and just super clear and almost airbrushed look. However I am not willing to spend more than like thirty dollars.

take selena gomez's face for example (hence the disney channel character)

she has the prettiest skin. and I want it! how do I get this? is their any home made masks or foundations I can use to put on my face to get this look?

Sally Hansen Airbrush Makeup in a can. I have not used it as I have an airbrush gun. I also buy mineral makeup (Mocha tone before applying foundation with the airbrush and Golden tone after) and my skin looks amazing.
