How to get an introverted girl to talk more online?

I've been talking to this girl I knew a long time ago for the last 2 months now. We both really like each other and I really like her and vice verse. And we talked and talked a lot. However I realized that most of the time it has been me running the conversation which is fine.

However the last few nights I've had a lot of reading to do and I'll be on-line and reading. She'll say hello and I will say hello. She doesn't really talk at all unless I ask her stuff or start a conversation. While reading for my classes it's hard to do that on some nights although I don't mind doing it when free. I told her she should run the conversation this time and she just says she doesn't know what to say.

I feel we know each other a lot more than acquaintances so I don't know why it's still hard to talk.I use to be very introverted and I could relate to her but on line I can just talk and talk. She can't I guess. Is there anything I can do? Any advice? Anything?

she's one of those foolish mortals, who believe that internet conversations are mean to be taking place in real time.

ask for her number and call her maybe she will respond better over the phone

First of all see of what type of girl she is such as sporty or childish or simple and silent or too much talkative,OR,in which topics she is more interested such as sports,funky things..............,etc.

     then tell some thing about urself to her and if she liked it then ask her to meet u somewhere and if not then the matter is finnished .And I would very sorry for u.BEST OF LUCK.And inform me about ur matter after carrying out THIS EXPERIMENT.

Avoid asking questions that can be answered in one word, such as yes or no ("Do you think..."). Instead, make it open-ended, such as: "Tell me all about the time..." Tell me about the most..." "What were you thinking when..." etc.

Give that a try. I think you'll have more luck getting a longer response out of her.
