You should be able to go into the "function" section of your radio (if you post the model number I'll be able to tell you specifically) and enable aux 2 in there. For example, I have the Pioneer Premier DEH-P400UB and to turn on my Aux 2 I would turn off the radio (by holding the source button), then press and hold in the multi control k**b until it gives the clock-set option in the display. Then turn the k**b until you see "AUX 2", press the k**b in to select it, and change the setting from there. If you're asking where the input is, it's the little square proprietary connector on the back of the unit, I believe it's blue.
