How to get back on track with sleeping?

I stay up till 2 or 3 at night and wake at 12 in the morning. When school was here I used to go bed at 7 or 8 and wake at 6 morning how do i get back to my old schedule when I wake at 12 its hard any tips?

  1. Be assured first of all that all habits are 'here for a bit'.

    First make a list of works you have to do just after you wake up in the morning at 6.I mean its really important that ur brain starts working just after you wake up early..otherwise it'll suggest ur system,',theres no work..come on back to bed !'

    But first three days you'll require real patience and courage..

    Start this from the next day wen you wake up at 12 in the day..choose some labourious work(too much tiring).And do that till you are exhausted completely.And make sure you do not rest your spine the whole day upto 9pm.By doing this i bet you'll yawn at 9.

    Come to zero alcohol lifestyle(if applicable wid you)

    Eat well in the day and tale as light diet in the dinner as you can..or just soup or a glass of milk.That way it will b very very easier for you to wake up at 6am..as you will feel fresh and light.

    The next challenge wd b your digestive cycle.And thats also is a habit made to b won some day.Overlook all discomfort relating to digestive cycle.Remember the stuff is not going to stay in intestines for ever..

    In three days ..all habits and all cycles will change according to what you want..do you have the determination for these first three days??

    I wrote just wat  i planned for myself..i was sick of same habit.And half the population is, i feel.

  2. i usually slowly go back to normal first wake up an hour earlier and keep going until you return to your normal schedule --hope that helps
