So iam 14, I play football and I need some tips on how to became a more physical player. Iam 5ft 8, 133 pounds, I run like a 5.3 (fourty yard dash) and I bench 135. So iam not like an amazing athlete but iam okay. I play alot of line on both sides of the ball and I dont know why but sometimes I just fee like I cant be physical, I dont like girl out of hits, i hit anything that comes near me but I wanna pack more of a punch to everything i do, and build more confidence in the sport as i do it, please help :)
