How to get better flexibility and upper body strength?

i have just started martial arts, and i am really unflexible. can anyone help? can anyone also tell me how to build abs, inner pecks, triceps, and biceps that i can do at home? and how often should i do them?

  1. for strength, pressups, situps, pullups. for each see how many you can do in, say, 5 mins??. Do that number for a week, then increase by 2 (or as many as you can manage). Do that number for another week and then increase...............

    You should try to do them at least once a day, twice if you have the time.

    I followed this regime and i can now do 55 pressups in a minute (im only 13).


  2. Use a pull up bar.

    Stretching exercises

    ankle raises,and a good ab work out.

    Once a day every day ,how long well depends on your keenness:)***

  3. bench press and pull ups for upper body strenghth...

    and stretch for flexibility

  5. stretch alot...do pull ups, push ups, an hit the gym a little but not to much you need more endurance rather then power
