How to get better for softball?

today my dad took me too the batting cagess and i layed down a bunt the pulled it back very quickly for a fake bunt hit but i jerked my neck sum how and now it hurts really bad it on the right side in the back above the sholder blade if i turn my head that way the pain increases so i have to get better REALLY soon because our team meeting is on friday and i need to be good becasue im the teams main hitter!!!!any thing to help

    and practice practice practice

    u could also do a camp or clinic

No matter what injury you have, it's going to take time to heal, but there are a few things you can try.  The best thing to do is ice it.  Put some ice in a thin washcloth and pour a little bit of water over it.  Hold the ice on your injury for 15 minutes, then take it off for 15 minutes so your blood temperature and circulation is normal.  You should continue that pattern until you have had the ice on you injury three times.  Do this three times a day, and you should start feeling a little bit better.
