  3. I love that you are a cheerleader. When you are working on jumps remember to pull your legs up and use your muscles.  My legs hurt but, it makes your legs stronger.   Stretch your legs and thighs a lot and practice every day and soon you will get better.

  4. get ankle weights that are about 1lb. and try some jumps with them on, they will strengthen your leg muscles so when you don't have them on your jumps will be higher

  5. stretching helps a lot

    try a trampoline
